GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Maison Côte Collections  offers seasonal rental agreements through its website and online platforms (Booking & Airbnb).

RENTAL AGREEMENT

By making an online booking, the Tenant agrees to sign and comply with the rental agreement used by Maison Côte Collections  and undertakes to respect its terms.

Maison Côte Collections  also reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reservation in the case of one or more Tenants' fraud, attempted fraud, or inappropriate behavior, for both current or future bookings.  

This agreement is governed by French law, and any disputes arising from it fall exclusively within the jurisdiction of French courts. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Any modification or supplement to this contract must be made in writing and signed by both parties.  

RESERVATION, PAYMENT, AND CANCELLATION

- If the booking is made more than 30 days before the arrival date:  

The full rental fee must be paid 30 days before arrival.  

- If the booking is made less than 30 days before the arrival date:  

To confirm the reservation, the full rental fee must be paid at the time of booking.  

- If the due balance is not paid by the scheduled date, the booking may be canceled.  

If canceled within 30 days prior to arrival, 100% of the rental fee will be charged.  

- In the event that the Tenant is unable to fulfill the Agreement with the Agency, the Owner, or according to the conditions provided during the stay for any reason before or during the stay, the Tenant may, on a case-by-case basis, receive: a full refund of amounts already paid, a proportional refund for the remaining days, or another accommodation if available.  

- We cannot take responsibility for any items left behind by travelers.

- During the stay, the Tenant must pay for any lost or damaged items belonging to the apartment. The Tenant is responsible for the cost of broken, cracked, or lost items, as well as for washing or cleaning stained carpets, blankets, mattresses, bedding, etc.  

CAPACITY  

If the Tenant occupies the accommodation with more people than the capacity provided at the time of booking, entry to the premises may be refused.  

TENANT'S OBLIGATIONS

- Do not smoke in the accommodation.  

- Use the home peacefully, with due care, and without causing disturbance in the neighborhood.  

- You may personally occupy the accommodation and must not sublet it under any circumstances.  

- Do not carry out any professional or commercial activities in the accommodation. Home office work is allowed.  

- Do not make any changes or modifications to the layout of the furniture.  

- Maintain the accommodation, keep it clean, and return it in the condition it was handed over to you.  

- Do not bring pets into the apartment.  

- Allow Maison Côte Collections  to enter the accommodation if necessary and permit the handling of any issues that arise during your stay.  

- Immediately notify Maison Côte Collections  of any malfunctions, damages, lost keys, or other extraordinary events that occur during your stay.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME

- Arrival is possible from 3:00 PM.

- The Guest must inform Maison Côte Collections  of their estimated arrival time and, on a case-by-case basis, provide information about the exact time.

- Departure: The Guest is required to leave the accommodation no later than 10:00 AM.

SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE BOOKING

The accommodations are fully equipped and ready to welcome guests.

The booking includes bedding, towels, Wi-Fi access, television, heating, water and electricity, and a fully equipped kitchen.

We provide the accommodation in a clean condition, and it must be returned in proper order, adhering to basic cleanliness and hygiene rules.

Please empty the trash upon departure.
